The works are nearing completion at Durham UTC. Following a site visit BIMTS were pleased to see all the services were being fit nicely as designed in the BIM model.

The demolition works are now complete and the building is starting to take shape with the erection of the steelwork. BIMTS are pleased to see that the holes have all been pre-cut into the steelwork as requested following the coordination review of the 3D model.
