BIMTS provided the installation information for the M&E contractor for this Level 2 BIM project for Newcastle University. This included providing full COBie data as well as an Asset Information Model.
BIMTS also provided VR presentations to the Client team, including using Enscape to demonstrate the buildings services installations and to review plant room areas for accessibility and maintainability.
The four storey centre provides an integrated leisure and learning facility for the university.
